Summary:  Every meeting and event must be planned with painstaking detail. But many times, planners forget that there are many things they cannot or do not plan for. This is why it’s important to always have a risk management plan for any meeting or event. Risk is defined in many ways and planners should properly prepare themselves for the various issues that may arise before, during and after a meeting or event. This session will walk planners through a six step process for properly developing a risk management plan for any meeting or event they may be planning.
